I was born in Jonesville, La. and began my hunting career at the early age of 6 when I shot my very first whitetail with a 30-30 that my grandmother had given me at her time of death. (Miss ya Granny)

In 2003 I met my gorgeous wife, Phoebe and moved to College Station, where she graduated from Texas A&M. We started a family and we have two wonderful sons, Tyler (3 years) and Kody (6 months). The desire to hunt was always there, but not knowing anyone made it hard to find a lease or a place to hunt.

I met a friend by the name of Scott Smith. That is when my bowhunting journey began. Since then I have hunted all over the hill country and shot some of the best bucks of my life. Wanting a to make it more of a challenge I decided to not gun hunt at all, but to go TOTAL BOWHUNTING! I really feel like this was a great decision and have not taken a step backwards or had any regrets whatsoever!!
